Q. How do I sign up for service?
A. You can either give us a call or send us an email and we will be more than happy to assist you with service and pricing info!
Q. What is your billing cycle?
A. We bill quarterly.
Q. How do I receive my 2 months of free service?
A. Sign and return your service agreement and we will credit out your first two months of service with a two year subscription.
Q. Do you pick up recycling?
A. Yes we do. We supply you with a FREE green 18 gallon recycling bin and collect your recycling on the same day as your trash pick up. An extra monthly fee applies.
Q. How do I schedule my "move-in" boxes
to be picked up?
A. Just give us a call or send us an email. We take them away on a call basis. You do not have to break them down and we WILL come up your driveway to remove them.
Q. Are your carts animal proof?
A. Yes. As long as your garbage is inside the cart and the lid is properly closed it will keep all pesky critters away. However should you ever notice damage to your cart in any way, shape, or form we will repair/replace your cart at no charge.
Q. What if I am producing extra garbage?
A. If your producing extra garbage we suggest you take an extra cart. We supply the additional container for free and only charge when it is emptied.
Q. Do you provide special pick-ups for household items/debris?
A. Yes. We give you several options for disposal. If it is a small amount or a few large items we can easily take them away. For larger jobs we may suggest you take a dumpster. We have sizes ranging from 4, 6, 10, 12, 15, 20, and 30 cubic yard dumpsters. Please contact us with the items or job you are undertaking so that we may provide the best disposal option!
